Home sweet Home

I haven't update my blog for a while as some of my readers might have noticed. I've been in Finland, but I'm back at home again.

Even though I'm Finnish I feel now that London is my home. Of course a big part of my heart will always belong to Helsinki, Finland.

I had a lovely holiday there. It was fantastic to meet friends and relatives and spend time with them. Now my head is full of new ideas and sweet memories.

I love abandoned buildings and it was very exciting to visit them with my friend.

Tomorrow

There's always Tomorrow. At least for some of us.

Some news

I've got bored with this blog. I should update more often, but I've been lazy. I love photographing and for now on I will also put photos here - not only my art things.

The photos can be from anywhere: maybe from Tel Aviv, maybe from Japan or Usa, from Europe or perhaps from Australia. Never know!

The first pic's from Finland, my motherland. Naturally all the photos are taken by me.

Ps. I'm about to change the name of this blog and renovate the whole appearance too.

My Home Town(s)

I just found a lovely blog called Inspiration Avenue. There’s now theme “My town”.

I think it’s very interesting theme and I must join. It will be fascinating to visit others blog and take a look their towns.

I have only one problem: I have two home towns - My current home in UK and the former one in Finland. I hope it’s ok to post them both…? Don’t shoot me :D

My current home town – Richmond upon Thames (I have lived here now about 6 months)




My former home town – Helsinki, Finland (I was born there) .This place is called Viikki and it’s quite near the town centre.

Nature

I just came back to London from snowy and cold Finland. It was a quite hard "holiday", but the best part was when I spent 5 days at my sister's and her family.

My sister gave birth to her 3rd baby and he was the cutest baby I have never seen! Of course my godchild and his sister are cute too :)

Goodbye Finland!

I',m moving to London next wednesday. I'm very excited.

Will I miss Finland... Time will let me know. I made a goodbye card of Finland. The building in the image is a well-known (well, at least it's well-known in Finland, lol) church in Helsinki which is Finland's capital.

The House has eyes

I use an abandoned house I found about a month ago in this image. I also got in this house. it was very exciting and a bit scary - but I enjoy exploring the old houses!

Abandoned

I love visiting abandoned houses. I have a quite large photo collection of empty houses.

This house doesn't exist anymore (it burned).


I also love cycling. I biked about 45 (27,9 miles) kilometers today.

Karhusaari is one of my favorite place in Finland. I cycle there often especially in summer.
