I think it’s very interesting theme and I must join. It will be fascinating to visit others blog and take a look their towns.
I have only one problem: I have two home towns - My current home in UK and the former one in Finland. I hope it’s ok to post them both…? Don’t shoot me :D
My current home town – Richmond upon Thames (I have lived here now about 6 months)
My former home town – Helsinki, Finland (I was born there) .This place is called Viikki and it’s quite near the town centre.

I love Richmond, haven't been for ages though. My post will be about the river that runs through my town... but it won't look quite so pretty!
Both are so lovely - the first picture reminds me of a trip to London we made some years ago ... I loved it and can't wait to go back.
The second picture looks like the perfect place to sit and reflect ... beautiful!

OMG!!! you live in the most beautiful of places! i have visited richmond and from my memory it is picturesque like a painting. and i've heard that helsinki is a really pretty place as well ... as evident in your image. you are so lucky to live in such amazing towns ... i so envy you :)
